Quake Mario (Model 17) - Biosuit

I decided to work on the biosuit concept first, and while I did the best I could, I am not too happy with it. The bio suit in itself doesn't have a great amount of detail, so I had to work with what I had. Despite my displeasure, I think it did come out well enough to be released.

     It's been a while since I've created any fresh avatars. Since the completion of my last avatar (sylux), I'm sad to admit I have been a tad short on good ideas about where to go. I've kept trying to think of a new standard Quario, but I've innovated as much as i can in that area, my last alliteration stripping the more complex elements I've added, instead trying to work with more basic, simplistic detail.

     One idea that I've been tossing around is to create a variant of model 15, which depicts Quario wielding some of the unique power-ups in Quake, such as the "Quad Damage", or "Pentagram of Protection. Maybe even a combination of power-ups, to create a "God-mode" Quario.

   






    Another idea is to skin Quario "wearing" another item from quake, the "Biosuit". It's an item that allows (temporary) survival in acid and lava, in addition to providing an infinite air supply while
submerged.

   So I fully intend to get to work on some of these concepts in the immediate future, and I expect to have some solid work posted very soon.
